This is true for the most part but in an instance or 2 I did find that 
excluding a couple of scripts is in order. It seems to me that they had the 
letters FS in them. I know because I did try this once and it messed up an 
authorization on the other system until I removed those couple of files.

and it is not necessary to exclude any files.
