David: You could use F 7 as suggested by your former friends or you could also turn on quick keys with jaws key plus z. After doing this, press the letter M to go to your first spelling error and when you are placed on the error, press the windows applications key and arrow around for the appropriate correct word and press enter to make the change. After doing that go back into quick keys with jaws key z and repeat the same steps above. F seven is fine, I'm not knocking it, just presenting you with another option on how to spell check.
