Why would you want to go back to Internet Explorer 7? It is so much slower and problematic than 8. Here is how you do it. Go to control panel, and add/remove programs. Scroll all the way down towards the bottom of the list and you will see "Windows Internet Explorer 8". Click the add/remove button and you will be able to remove Internet Explorer. You got it installed because of Windows update. Microsoft put Internet Explorer 8 as 1 of the updates. To make sure it doesn't do that again, go get the Internet Explorer 8 blocker tool. However, before you remove it, I'd strongly recommend you check it out first. I think you will like it better than 7.
