Hi

I doubt that a newer jaws version will help you.
This has to be sorted out by the web developer.
Tell them to label the graphics in the HTML code and jaws will speak that
value instead of graphic 786 etc.
Or you'll need sighted help to identify the graphics and label them using
Jaws.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Help with a web page

Hi guys

I wonder if anyone can help? My credit card company has recently
implemented a new online security measure, unfortunately this new measure is
a graphic. Apparently I just have to notice that this specific graphic is
being shown. I've not continued with the application so not sure what would
happen if the graphic was different to the one I choose.

My problem is, jaws just says a number. I have tried to re label it but to
no avail. jaws just cant see it.

I have contacted the company and they have tried to remove the so called
site key, but for whatever reasons they don't appear to be able to do that.

I'm using jaws 9 at present and wondered if the later version of jaws had a
way round this problem.

any help here would be appreciated.

thanks

Elaine
