Either way is fine although some people have had problems doing it using the help menu I personally can neither confirm or deny such claims. No matter which method you select just install over the top of what you already have as there is no need to uninstall the previous version first. Hi List, I'm wondering what the best way is to install an update. Is it better to update through the help menu or to go to the website and download the latest updated version? If the website is the better option, do I need to uninstall JAWS completely before updating or can I just update by installing the latest version over the top of the current version?
