All JAWS users, My previous email may have been linked with the email I had sent a while back regarding the pressing of a letter in a word document such as the letter "N" would bring up a new document and the letter "D" would bring up the JAWS dictionary. This is very annoying since many words contain the letter "N" and the letter "D". My email earlier today was regarding quick keys being turned off while on the internet. I am finding that quick keys which I believe is the culprit to all my JAWS problems is being very problematic for me. The response I received a while back was to run a JAWS repair and see if that fixes the problem. Now my issue with running a JAWS repair is where to go on the freedom scientific website to accomplish the repair. I went to the JAWS 10 32 bit download and selected run from the run or save menu. Then it got to the setup wizard and I selected next. Each window I have checked for the repair option with no luck. I eventually got to a point where it said it could not be installed because it already exist. Please any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated and please be very detailed in the instruction since I am still fairly new to JAWS
