What do you mean when you say that they are not appearing as links?  Do
you mean that nothing happens when you click on them?  If the URL is
written out, like http://www.whatever.com  clicking on any character in
that URL should activate the link, even if your messages are displayed
as plain text.  If you mean that a word is actually a link, such as
something like "Click here"  and nothing happens when you click there,
you will need to make your Email client display messages in HTML format.
How you do this will vary depending on the Email client you use.  These
settings are usually under the "Tools" menu, and the "Options" submenu
of your Email client.
