Its not a key echo, its a punctuation setting. You can see how it is
set by doing a insert + keyboard 6. Then alt +f and arrow to open
default jaws cfg file. now alt + s and arrow to custom punctuation
hit enter. In there do a shit + keyboard 8. Now it will tell you how
it speaks that character. You can also change it in there to speak if
not set to that.
I have mine set to some and it does speak on my jaws.
