That would depend on which email your setting up for. If its your
provider, then they can give you the setting or there web page can. I
noticed your using gmail. You can find the pop and imap settings in
the help for gmail. also saw that your using it with outlook 12. The
settings can be found there also under tools menu, acounts. Just look
at the info for the account used.
