I have MSE running all of the time. Then I have MalwareBytes and
SuperAntispyware installed for occasional manual scans. Neither one

spybot search and destroy 1.62
and windows defender.
You don't need training to become a garbage collector. You just pick
it up as you go along.

You most definitely need Malware Bytes to complement MSE, because it
will detect spyware that MSE misses.
