I don't think it will help unless somebody has the same model. Dell laptops vary in their keyboard layout depending on the model.

I have a Dell laptop, but haven't used it in a while.  But if I remember
correctly, it does not have a context menu key, and you must either use
SHIFT-F10 or if you use an external numpad, you can use the numpad star
key, which is two to the right of the numlock.
