If memory serves the latest build of JAWS 11 that was released on Tuesday is supposed to fix this problem.

Very regularly when trying to open an email with a web link or email address in the body of the email Outlook crashes and the system wants to report the error to Microsoft, Jaws cannot read this window, and it is impossible to tab to it to close the Window. As soon as the error occurs Jaws stops speaking and the Braille display stops working to. We did report the error to Sight and Sound and followed their advice to uninstall Jaws and reload it from a fresh download of the product. The error persists! Michael J.
