1. Type Alt T for the Tools menu: 2. Locate Rules and press enter. It might be called message rules. If you confirm that you want rules for e-mail, there should be a list. If you line up on that particular rule, then you can tab to Remove and press enter. That should work Patty. Let us know if I missed something.
