I know it doesn't, but the author himself said that it's very hard to remove
the scripts and obviously it would be difficult for most people.

Turning off IEMax this way does not restore Internet Explorer to the state
it was in before IEMax was installed. Some JAWS and Windows commands do
not work correctly with IEMax disabled.

You can do this by pressing insert Z within the application
in which you
want to turn off the curser. the same action repeated will
turn it back
on.
