Hi,
Open JAWS 11, goto the Utilities Menu and select the Merge Utility.
It will ask you from which previous version of JAWS you want to merge
your settings. Just select JAWS 8 and it will do it for you.

In the past when I upgraded from Jaws6 to jaws8 I just copied over
my 'ENU' file from Jaws6 over to Jaws8 and it immediately migrated
all my J6 settings over.
