Hello I am having a problem with navigation in an e-mail document. In previous versions of JAWS I could use letter navigation to go through Headings, links, paragraphs just as in a web page. Now, with JAWS 11, IE 8 and Windows 7 if I press a letter key it writes in the message field without doing anything to the message. Can I turn on or off something to return to the navigation capability? I have looked through menus with finding anything.
