Howard, Just so I understand you- are you saying if I'm running 32 bit Windows7 and Jaws11, I can just go to nextup.com, ignore their repeated messages all over claiming the ATT natural voices they sell work only with their software, purchase my choice of ATT natural voices anyway, then after purchase simply run the executable and voila after the install Jaws will be able to detect them and allow me to select them from the voice menu in JAWS?

I bought the at&t voices in 2002 so they are only 32 bit compliant. thanks. howard wolcott -------------------------------------------------- From: "David Ferrin" <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, June 11, 2010 2:12 PM To: <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Where may I download voices for JAWS11asidefromtheFree RealSpeak Solo voices? > Believe me when I tell you that the voices from next up specifically Mike > and Chrystal which I personally own do work with JAWS. > David Ferrin > [email protected] > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Dujari, Prateek" <[email protected]> > To: <[email protected]> > Sent: Friday, June 11, 2010 13:31 > Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Where may I download voices for JAWS11 asidefrom > the Free RealSpeak Solo voices? > > >> But NextUp says all their voices only work with their other speech >> software such as Text Allowed etc, that you have to buy this other >> software, and that all their voices wont work independently with JAWS or >> for that matter any other screen reader I may have already. >> Would u pl send me a specific URL for the page which you claim allows me >> to buy voices that will work with JAWS without having to buy any other >> software from them? >> >> BTW, pl don't recommend Acapela Infovox to me as I'm getting weird >> errors, so pl refer me to the other solutions. >> >> Thx! >> >> >> Prateek >> >> -----Original Message----- >> From: [email protected] >> [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David Ferrin >> Sent: Thursday, June 10, 2010 3:21 PM >> To: [email protected] >> Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Where may I download voices for JAWS11 aside >> from the Free RealSpeak Solo voices? >> >> The next up voices work just fine with JAWS for a fact. >> David Ferrin >> [email protected] >> ----- Original Message ----- >> From: "Dujari, Prateek" <[email protected]> >> To: <[email protected]> >> Sent: Thursday, June 10, 2010 16:48 >> Subject: [JAWS-Users] Where may I download voices for JAWS11 aside from >> the >> Free RealSpeak Solo voices? >> >> >>> Hello. >>> >>> sorry if this has been asked here before.
