Hi Michelle, It is difficult to determine exactly why the junk Email filter is sending the messages to the junk Email folder as there are many possible reasons. However, most Email programs will give a menu of choices for working with those Email messages. If Susie navigates to one of the messages in the junk folder and presses the application key, a context menu will appear. If she uses the down arrow key she will likely find a "junk Email" menu choice. She can use the right arrow key to move into the submenu. For example, Microsoft Outlook has submenu choices for adding a sender to the safe sender's list, adding a domain to the safe sender's list and marking a file as not being junk. If she uses enter key on the choice for adding the sender to the safe sender's list then future Emails from that sender should not be treated as junk and should not be sent to the junk Email folder. If she chooses the add domain to the safe sender's list then any message from that particular domain will not be treated as junk. She would want to be careful about adding the hotmail.com domain, yahoo.com domain and so forth, but of course, she has no worry adding the JAWS-users.com domain to her safe sender's list. If she is using Microsoft Outlook and she chooses the mark as not junk choice then she will be presented a dialog box that asks if in the future all mail from the domain that sent the message should be trusted. The checkbox should be checked but if not she should use the spacebar to check it, tab to the OK button and press enter key. The message should be returned to the inbox. Other Email programs offer similar choices.
Take care.
