Correct. Be aware NVDA does not support the iTunes store yet, however you
can use the iTunes browser, accessed with ctrl+b. Otherwise NVDA is fully
compatible with iTunes.

That I doubt. FS supported iTunes 8 as of JAWS 8, however JAWS 10 has
the full support built in, whereas JAWS 8 and 9 you will have to
download a file to make iTunes fully supported.
