Hello Bob, Kurtis, & Tom; I thank you all very much for the excellent tips & ideas. In Office2002 Home I don't have a choice to save as a PDF document in either the save or save as file menu choices. I will give the program "cutePDF" a try. Thanks again, take care. Mike
