Hello. Addintools.com sells a fully accessible program for $30 that puts the good old classic MSFT Office 03 menu on Office 2007 and 2010 thus giving you the option to not bother learning the new ribbon. Fully accessible and can be totally used with key strokes. Their classic menu for Office 07 works perfect while that for 2010 is buggy for Excel and Outlook. However their excellent support informs me the next version of the Office 2010 Classic Menu expected in a month or so will fix these bugs.
