Sorry about that. Whenever I downloaded update I tended to run it and not
save it. This time I save it and them run it. It fix the problem. Never had
this issue before.

This is the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard or read.
Sounds like another example of something that was pushed out the door
before it was ready. Unless I hear or read that this update has
something important, I'll just stick with what I have for the time
being.

I think if you click on uninstall, the next box will say something
about uninstall/repair.
