Did you uninstall version 10? If not there are probably two shortcuts on your Desktop which you can get to with Windows+M and cycle through with first key navigation (J).

The properties of each shortcut will show where they point. You can set up a unique shortcut for each version, I have done this in the past when moving up to newer versions of Jaws if for no other reason than to determine which I prefer for which tasks. You may wish to uninstall 11 and then reinstall it, perhaps something has gone wrong with that install.

running jfw 11.latest update, win xp sp3.
I have the "run jaws from system tray" checked under "basic settings".
In the taskbar and start menu, I have jaws checked to "always show".
Still no jaws on sys tray.
Is there a way to revert to jaws 10, if I can't get this resolved?
