Hi Mike,

use the following method for the complete page, and adapt according to how much you need for the 'half' page.

1. Use Go To (CTRL-G) to move to the page number you want, specifying the page number of course. This places you at the top of that page.
2. Press F8 to enable extend mode
3. Press CTRL-PAGE DOWN. This selects the complete page.
-- Use ctrl+DownArrow or shift+down- or up-arrow keys to select/deselect lines or paragraphs where less than a page.
4. Copy the text to the clipboard
5. Turn off extend mode with ESCAPE

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Selecting text in Word

Hi All;

I have a 14 page Word document and I would like to select and copy just 1 page out of this document. How do I do this? Also, how would I select and
copy just ½ of 1 page of this Word doc? I am running XPSP3 Home, Office
Home2002, & Jaws10 latest. All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
much.  Take care.
Mike
