That was control panel, not my computer where the accessibility options are

Has some of the same type of problem. Had to go to my computer, accessible
options and check a few things in there to make the shortcut keys work.
Think it was the toggle key and the toggle setting checking the shortcut
keys.

It works that way, but not with the shortcut key command of Control C and
Control V.

I have noticed that as well in some applications. Also, ctrl-shft-Right
or
Left does not function consistently. I haven't had this occur prior to
this
