Hi Mo

after downloading the version I currently have, I located your original email and tried to download that one. I got a message to say that the one I currently have is the more up to date one.

I have version 5.0.594.

When I go in to the userinterface, I can read the screen with the jaws cursor, but cant appear to do much more.

is there another setting somewhere I need to alter so I can set options?

thanks

Elaine

Hi.

Yes, the latest version of avast is perfectly accessible with jaws. If you need any tips on using it or you're not sure of an option, please don't hesitate to get back in touch!

Mo.

Hi Guys

could some one please tell me if the latest version of avast is accessible now with jaws?

I've been using Microsoft security essentials, but have a problem with the program. it's suddenly gone from my computer, I cant re install it as I get an error message.

I thought I'd go back to avast, and thought it was now accessible.

I cant read any of the settings and cant register it neither.

any help would be appreciated.

I'm using vista with jaws 9.

thanks in advance

Elaine
