I just tried, while running a sapi5 profile, as I remember jfw used to crash
if you used eloquence when hitting this button, but, even knowing I have
sapi4 voices installed, jfw 11 still isn't poulating the list telling me
there are any. Yes, they are properly installed as some programs that use
them to self voice work fine, and even w e sees them and works fine with
them.
I'd really like to get them working in jfw, but it seems the sapi4 detect is
broken. Am I missing something here? I installed the microsoft text to
speech that comes with Altair for windows, and I also installed i b m
viavoice from compuconference. Again all these synths are working fine in w
e, but not in jfw. I don't get it. What did I do wrong, if anything?
