Hi Greg; What version of Jaws are you running? Do you have the Jaws executable in the root of the C drive? I am not sure if having the correct executable in the root of C drive is necessary but, I always put it there just in case. let me know what version of Jaws you are running and I will send you exactly what you need to put into the Run dialogue box.
