Don't think it is on your end. I was having the same problem
yesterday, can't get it to work at all. I'm using JAWS 11
and Window's XP

I have Jaws 11 (the latest version), am using Windows Vista.
.  Whenever I research a business, it usually works.  That
is up until a couple of days ago.  Is something wrong with
the Business end of Research It Feature?  I usually use this
instead of a phonebook.  It's kind of hard when the phone
book (business feature) doesn't work.  .  If anyone can help
get this back up and running, that would be great.
