Hi Chris; Thank you very much for your response. I couldn't remember who makes the Kate & Paul voices but, now that you have reminded me, I can have her look for NeoSpeech in the control panel just to make sure that they are still installed. To my knowledge the power supply just went because of age and no other reason so, everything else on the computer is just fine, no lost files. If she has Kate & Paul on the computer still, how can she use Paul as her default voice instead of one of the voices that comes with Jaws6? Thanks again for your input. Take care. Mike
