Hi All; A friend is running Jaws9 latest, XP, & Outlook2007 and when he opens an email it won't read the message. He has to invoke the Jaws key + down arrow key stroke to have his messages read. He has " messages automatically read " turned on in Jaws options. Does anyone have any ideas on how he can fix this problem? All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a whole lot. Take care. Mike
