That was the problem, jaws would not read the list of choices. It stated
that there were 4 but would only read 2 of them. Current and some other. I
took jaws out and my wife was able to click on the lmchugh account
properties. So it is fixed. That explains why I could not make other changes
for my wife's account. So I installed thunderbird for her email. Now it is
up to her where she wants to use.
