I can't post it on the tips and tricks page folks so you'll have to go and get 
it from Microsoft and although I have not looked at it as of yet the guy who 
sent it to me is a very trust worthy source.

oriented to windows 7 entitled "Accessibility-transitioning to windows 7". It 
is 20 pages long, has excellent descriptions and includes a very usable set of 
tables with short cut keys that we all need to know and use if we can not 
access the mouse.
