Hi all,
I am having the same issue. I am considering using Total Recorder to record things like this. With this program it comes with special drivers that directly captures the output from the sound card, including speech from your screen reader. There is also an add-on (free) that allows you to simultaneously record from both a microphone and one of its drivers. Very ideal if you are doing podcasts or game reviews or whatever. If you want you can try a no cost evaluation version from www.totalrecorder.com. It is fully functional with the addition of an audible noise inserted about every sixty seconds in each recording. A registration key will remove this addition.
Hope this helps any or all of you.

Note: I am trying to record sound from the internet I.e. music or a part of a

I am using Windows seven, jaws v11, and GoldWave 5.57 which I had to reinstall
when I upgraded from XP. Now I can not locate where I can uncheck microphone so
I can record sound from my sound cardan not through the microphone. In the
GoldWave control panel under device tab primary capture sound driver is
highlighted but under the volume tab volume device I only see microphone and
line in. What am I missing? Thanks.
