Just went through the same thing. It helped to bring up the JAWS forms list, and I got most of the fields filled out, but I eventually gave up. I chose 'none' for credit card and the AT&T store thought that registration would not go through like that- even though the I-Tunes instruction on that screen says it is OK to add a card later. I never did succeed, and ended up with the AT&T rep doing it for me from the store when I picked up my phone. I then asked him to help download the caseprogram app so I would not have to be in a panic to get proficient enough to do that in the next 30 days ;) If JAWS access to I-Tunes has improved so much, I can't imagine what it was like before! I don't know what kind of controls are on that site, but JAWS was unable to handle them in any reasonable way :(

Do it inside of ITunes. It should give you the options minus the captcha if you do it there.
