Hi Dale;

What email program are you running at the time you open Windows Explorer and
invoke the Jaws/insert + Q keystroke?  When I open W E with my Outlook
Express running I get the IE6 message because, I'm assuming, Outlook
Express6 is open but, when I invoke the Jaws/insert + Q keystroke with IE8
open I get Internet Explorer8. I am probably not explaining * why * worth a
crap but, if I had even a clue of what I am talking about it would scare the
hell out of me! I am just a lamen user of this squawk box. Perhaps someone
with more experience will have a better explanation will chime in and
explain * why * to both of us. LOL Take care.
Mike

So why does JAWS+T announce Internet Explorer 6?
