Hi Bill; I didn't catch the beginning of this thread, so I don't know what email program you are using but, you can try the following; 1. While in any email folder without any emails open press Alt + V for the view menu. 2. Arrow down to " Sort By " and press enter. 3. Arrow down to " ascending " and press enter, this will take you out of the menus and back to your folder and your messages should be arranged the way you want them. Hope this helps. Take care. Mike
