Well, David, it didn't run here either. There was no .exe extension on the
saved file.

I just downloaded the 32 bit file and ran it to test things out. It does
it's thing then closes and if you're not paying attention you'll miss it
because it goes quite quickly as a matter of fact. It only took a very few
seconds to complete it's task after I hit the run button.
