No, you are in the right spot, but when you open that dialog with insert-v,
just press the letter s or downarrow past those first three items and you
will get to the virtual cursor settings, which have nine items. The one
that changes copying from the virtual cursor to the full screen is the first
one in the group of nine. It is organized kind of like a treeview.

I went to the internet icon from the desktop and hit inter. Then I hit
insert v and I got the following:
"internet explorer options, 1 of 3" I arrow down once and I here:
"general options 1 of seven." Am I not in the right place?
