Use the control key + tab and see if the shortcut edit box is on a different page. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joanne" <[email protected]>

Subject: [JAWS-Users] hope this is Jaws-related/can't create a hot key

I hope not off-topic, but as I use Jaws and learned about hot keys from using this program I really need help. I have hot keys set up in places like Jaws or Internet Explorer, etc., and I used to have one in Windows Media Library. But when I clicked on properties of the library it doesn't show that target key hot key item in general tab like it used to. It says something about 3 state button and there's no edit field anymore so I can fix this. I don't know if this is Jaws-related and Jaws isn't seeing that edit box, or if something got damaged with the folder to where it doesn't give the hot key option anymore under properties, general tab. Using Jaws 10 and XP Home. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
