Listers, follow Gerald's advice to check on your m s e updates status. Go to windows update and down to updates and enter and go to history and enter. You will find a list of all updates for mse that have succeeded or failed. Mine all succeeded. If you have your computer set to receive updates, they will just roll in without your doing anything more. marilyn
