Surely though the purpose of JAWS is to give us access to the Web including services like google, whitepages and so on. I continue to voice the view that energies would be better spent on pressuring Web masters to create accessible pages. The alternative is this unreliable service. it is unavoidable for the reasons you give. Surely the philosophy should be equity of accessibility, not alternate accessibility which continues to demonstrate unreliability.

I'll drop this now before I cross the line about product criticism. Moderators are sensitive about that.

Thanks.

I know this can be frustrating, but FS has told us that the research it
facility is only as good as the web site that was intended to work with
research it. So if research it is based on a independent web page and that
web page changes, the research it search cannot work.
as I said, it is frustrating to all of us when this happens. but for the
other items still working, what a godsend.

This should work with or without a JAWS upgrade.
