Hi all.
I know this might sound like a strange request but if anyone has 3.7 around I'd sure love to hear your reports of working under XP, because support wasn't official till about 4.02.
Have fun!

Actually, I used 3.7 under Windows 2000, so I would imagine that it
would still run under XP, but probably wouldn't work well with the later
versions of programs that we are using these days.

I played with a demo version of Jaws back in 98, but didn't' really
start
using it until 2000 at version 3.7.

I started with JFW 2.03 and Mr. Damery's training tapes learning card
file.

I believe that tomorrow is another day, and I'll probably screw that one
up
too.

I totally agree. I wish it still worked on my present computer. I would
probably use it! It worked great! Read everything well! No problem with
it
at all.

My employer bought me JAWS 3.7u, I think in 2001. In many respects, I
think that was the best version of JAWS ever.

Chris,

Did you have one of those landmark birthday's recently? What is with
all of
the looking back? Smile!!

Yes, for me it was JAWS 4.something. I moved over kicking and
screaming. I
was not happy about my employer refusing to support Artic and Magic by
MicroSystem. Magic would not work with JAWS and I had to use ZoomText.
Looking back, it was a necessary and good move.

Annette

Hello all.
What was the first version of JAWS you ever used? Mine was JFW version
3.2 on a laptop running Windows 95.
