How about pressing enter or spacebar on this button instead?

Subject: [JAWS-Users] I need assistance to complete a transaction
I have a subscription from McAfee so that my antivirus plus program can
be renewed in September. However, it is necessary to include my credit
card details which have changed this year. After including all the
details I am asked to click on a particular item to complete the
transaction but, alas, when I click on it, nothing happens. Usually,
to complete the transaction I would hold down the insert key and then
tap the JAWS key which is the last key on the top row of the keypad. I
then use the down arrow key and when I hear the name of the item to
click (let's say Mastercard button) I would press the left mouse button
and the transaction would be completed. However, this is not causing
the transaction to be completed. Unfortunately, I can't point the
mouse to the area to finish the job. Any suggestions?
Otherwise, I will need sighted assistance to finalize this. Now that
JFW 12 is being looked at by lots of people, perhaps someone could
have a go to simplify using the simulated mouse to do more than what
we all know.
