Jim, This works well on my computer. I would like to suggest that you first take the settings out of your User Settings Folder in 12 that were merged in from 11 and see if things work better. If it is still not working as exected, I would wonder if there is not some settings in WLM you have set up which are causing issues. You should be able to reply with CTRL R and just start typing. Hi All, Whenever I try to reply to someone in WLM, I can't. forms mode won't work. I have it set on manual, because I only want it to work when I want it to work. So, in jaws 11, I had it set to manual. that way, it only worked when I pressed enter. In replying to an email inWLM, I hit control R and would hit enter to get to the edit field so I could reply to the message. That's what I did in jaws 11, but that same approach won't work in jaws 12. I merged settings with jaws 11, but it isn't solving the problem. So when going to the setting center in jaws 12, how do I set the forms mode? I'm running windows 7 jaws 12 on a 64 bit machine.
