Are there any DecTalk Express USB drivers for Windows 7 64 bit?

Pick custom install at first and then when it asks you select add
synthesizer or Braille display which ever you wish. Then simply choose the
device you wish. The rest is easy.

Well, I have been know to have made some mistakes in my time, just ask my
wife.
If you get the time, explain to me where and how to set up the Dec-Talk
Express. I must have missed the option when I installed version 12
