Don:

Are you talking about a full install of JAWS or only the video intercept?

I'm going to run JAWS from a usb stick, but I need to install the video intercept driver to be able to use JAWS on this computer.

I guess I can just uninstall the video intercept driver when finished to avoid any problems.

Not exactly true! There are several mainstream games that will not
install at all when JAWS is installed. At least that was true with the
Display drivers in JAWS 10 and Windows XP. My kids freak out if they
could not install Unreal Tournament, Sims and Roller Coaster Tycoon.
Because of JAWS being too intrusive, I install NVDA and sometimes use
satogo.com on their computers when I need to do maintenance. I wish I
could do those tasks remotely, but those I have tested cost to much for
something I rarely need.

Hi.
Nope, video intercept doesn't affect anything on the computer for
sited users, just install it once and you should be good to go anytime
you want to use that computer, it only needs to be installed once on
each computer you will be using. you will require admin rights on the
pc to achieve this.

To run JAWS from a usb stick my understanding is that one have to
install FS Video intercept first.

Will the video intercept driver generate any problems for people not
using JAWS?

I mean when I'm done and logged off, will the video intercept be a
pain to others?

Should I uninstall and reinstall video intercept if I need to use the
computer again?
