You must uise a parallel-to-parallel port cable. If you don't have one, contact FS or have your dealer make arrangements, or get the requisite cable yourself. Even with that, which i had, I had a Powerbraille which would not work with JAWS11. (it was old, so there may have been something wrong with it. It wouldn't even work with JAWS10 and prior, which allowed for serial port connectivity.)

hey i'm using power braille with  Jaws.
and it can not work since Jaws 11.
but, when I  choose the port for Jaws.
it has LPT1 , LPT2 and LPT3.
none of them can owrk.
how
how can I  fix this?
I'm using USB ot serial   to conect it.
