Hi Wayne,
1. ALT +T, for the tools menu.
2. J, for junk e-mail options.
3. Control + Tab, to the blocked senders tab, and then tab once.
This will put you in the list of blocked e-mails.
4. Using the up and down arrow keys, locate the address you are looking
for,and then tab for available options.
5. Okay your way out of the dialogue.
