Friends,
This is the first time I have purchased upgrades for Jaws. Can I go to the FS
activate website and activate or authorize the Jaws 11 to run as a full
version? Or will I have to insert the CD I got with my first version in order
to do this? If I can just go to the FS Activate site then it will be a lot
simpler process. I downloaded Jaws 11 a while back and was running it as a
demo. I purchased these upgrades yesterday and was told that I would recieve
something in the mail in about a week. Now, another issue I am running into
using caps lock key, I alot of times will type my subject line with caps lock
key on however, if I forget to turn caps lock key off until I am in the body of
the message when i go to type after turning the caps lock key off it will wrap
my screen to the bottom or will jump me up into the send to fields. Is there a
setting that will correct this and keep it from happening? I also notice
sometimes when typing in MS Word 2007 that if I go to delete a letter it may
delete the whole word in order to correct this I have to do a refresh of the
screen, I also notice that when this is happening I can left arrow and it may
only read one character of the word that has been typed. When this is happening
if I need to delete more than one character I may end up deleting a whole
sentence. Right arrowing it will read normally. In order to correct this
behavior I have to do a refresh of the screen. Is there a permanent correct for
this behavior? I am having these problems on my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop. On
this laptop my OS is XP Pro. the problems occur within MS Word 2007 and outlook
express. I am currently using Jaws 10. Any help on these matters will
definitely be appreciated.
